About

Mary is a teacher of voice and movement, music, and mindfulness meditation. She has degrees in Music, Opera, and Psychology. She has studied Gestalt, Enneagram, and meditation extensively with Dr Claudio Naranjo, and his team of collaborators, and studied with Stephen Jenkinson (“Griefwalker”) in Wales and Iceland. She studied Mindfulness Meditation in the UK with Zen Master Julian Daizan Skinner (zenways.org).

Mary has been a teacher, performer, and spiritual explorer for more than 30 years. She has performed, taught, and led workshops in Australia, Switzerland, the UK, and Spain. Ongoing studies and projects include archetypal theatre, authentic movement, mindful living, shamanism, clown, grief and keening rituals, and funeral singing. She is currently completing a book about her experience of the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage, which she walked three times.

She currently lives in Penguin, Tasmania.
